7-day outline
Days 1-2: “Rejoice evermore.” Memorize the short phrase, then attach it to an ordinary moment.
Days 3-4: “Pray without ceasing.” Turn a wait, commute, or repeated task into a reminder.
Days 5-6: “Give thanks.” Name three precise gifts, without vague language.
Day 7: Psalm 100:4. Recite it as a deliberate entrance into God's presence.
