Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, no fees, no reason required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Disciple/Pastor/Church+ access until expiry, then automatically revert to the Free plan. No commitment, no traps.
What is the difference between Disciple and Pastor?
Disciple (€4.99/month) is for advanced personal use: unlimited collections, advanced stats, multi-device sync. Pastor (€7.99/month) adds group facilitation tools: plans shared with your group, weekly challenges, dashboard of member progress.
Is there a plan for small churches?
Yes, an intermediate "Small church" plan at €9.99/month exists between Pastor and Church+. Contact us to learn more — it is not publicly listed to keep the grid readable, but it is available.
Is the annual plan really 50% off?
Yes. Disciple annual = €29.99/year, or €2.50 effective monthly (vs €4.99 monthly). Annual payments fund infrastructure a year ahead and reduce our banking fees, so we pass the savings along.
Do you accept donations alongside or instead of subscription?
Yes, a "Support" tab in the app lets you make one-off donations via Stripe or PayPal. Donations fund free content (TTS audio, new plans, hosting) for those who cannot afford the subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Payment data is processed by Stripe/PayPal — we never store your card numbers.
