From a single screen, each member accesses the pastor’s announcements, community-shared prayer requests, and verse collections prepared by the pastoral team (your sermon of the week, a baptism preparation path, key verses for a fasting season).

It’s the missing link between Sunday morning and the next cell meeting. Not yet another messaging app, not an unmanageable WhatsApp group — a structured space centered on the Word, with just the tools needed.

What it contains

Announcements

The pastor publishes short notices (meeting reminders, call to prayer, logistics). All members get an in-app notification. No emails, no spam — just the essential flow.

Prayer requests

Each member can share a prayer request (anonymous or signed). Others can mark “I’m praying for this” to encourage. The pastor sees the aggregate list and can extract themes for Wednesday’s prayer meeting.

Shared collections

The pastor or a team lead composes collections (“Verses for the 2026 fasting campaign”, “Quarterly communion prep”, “30 verses of intercession”) and makes them available to the whole congregation in one click. Each member can import the collection into their personal AgapePlay practice and start memorizing.

Members and roles

The pastor sees the registered member list, activity level (without intimate details), and can assign roles (cell leader, deacon, admin helper). Enrollment goes through a church invite code (6 characters), preventing outsiders.

Is a subscription needed? Yes. The Church hub is for Small Church (€7.99/month, up to 80 members) and Church+ (€19.99/month, unlimited members) accounts. A single subscription on the pastor account covers the whole church.

Can I migrate my existing WhatsApp group? No, existing messages can’t be imported. But you can start gradually — first announcements, then prayer requests, then collections — and the WhatsApp atrophies naturally.

Are prayer requests confidential? Requests are visible to all church members (like in a Wednesday prayer meeting). For 100% confidential pastor↔member communication, use another channel (direct message, in-person meeting). The hub doesn’t try to replace individual pastoral care.
